Big Open Weekend hours:
Saturday 11th October: 9am - 5pm
Sunday 12th October: 9am - 3pm

Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free, on-the-spot inductions where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre. Available for ages 16 and over.
