What's on:
- Trial Gymnastics Taster Sessions
Our Gymnastics programmes build agility, balance and coordination using various pieces of equipment including bars, beams and vaults with qualified instructors. These free taster sessions are a fantastic introduction to gymnastics lessons.
Children should wear comfortable clothing.
Saturday at 1pm-1.30pm for 4-5 years, 1.30-2pm for 6-7 years or 2-2.30pm for 8+ years
Sunday at 12pm-1.30pm for 4-5 years, 1.30-2pm for 6-7 years or 2-2.45pm for 8+ years

- Group Exercise Classes
Join us for our Group Exercise taster sessions, where you can enjoy energising workouts in a fun, social setting. Experience the motivation of training together while kickstarting your fitness journey with expert guidance and support.
