You don’t have to be a member of our leisure centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Big Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family along too?

Fitness Activities
Free gym sessions for the day
Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free, on-the-spot Gym Welcome where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre.
We can also provide you with a FREE Boditrax Scan. This is an amazingly clever system that assesses your body and, very quickly, delivers 14 different measurements, such as your ideal weight, your BMI and your metabolic age, as well as your fat and muscle mass. It's completely free to use, and you can also get a free review of your results.

Swimming Sessions
Free Lane Swimming Taster Sessions
Saturday & Sunday
Whether you're looking to sharpen your swim strokes or build confidence in the water, this special session is perfect for swimmers of all abilities. Led by expert instructors, it’s a great chance to dive in, learn new techniques, and enjoy the pool - exclusively free for the day!
Saturday Sessions:
12.30pm - 1pm: Stage 1
1pm - 1.30pm: Pre School
2pm - 2.30pm: Stage 1
2.30pm - 3pm: Stage 2
Sunday Sessions:
12.30pm - 1pm: Adult Beginner
1pm - 1.30pm: Pre School
1.30pm - 2pm: Stage 1
2.30pm - 3pm: Pre School
