You don’t have to be a member of our leisure centre or have visited us before to get involved in our Big Open Weekend, so why not bring your friends and family along too?

Fitness activities
Membership Tours
Sunday - 9.30am - 5.30pm
Our friendly staff will be on hand to give you a tour of our facilities, they will show you around and answer any of your questions.
Complimentary Gym Tours
Saturday - 9.30am - 5.30pm
Our friendly gym and fitness team will be on hand to help, show you around and provide free inductions where you get chance to get on some of the equipment and make yourself familiar with the centre.

Hyrox
Our Hyrox classes are here to break out a sweat! A whole body exercise class consisting of high intensity workouts, Hyrox encompass a range of functional exercises, such as rowing, sled pushes, wall balls, running, burpees and more.

Swimming Sessions
Free Taster Swimming Lessons
Saturday: 8.30am - 11.30am
Sunday: 1pm - 2pm
Whether you're looking to sharpen your swim strokes or build confidence in the water, this special session is perfect for swimmers of all abilities. Led by expert instructors, it’s a great chance to dive in, learn new techniques, and enjoy the pool - exclusively free for the weekend!
Synchronised Swimming
Saturday & Sunday 2pm - 2.30pm
Introducing artistic swimming that mixes dance, gymnastics, and swimming! Suitable for ages 8-14 years and all children must be comfortable to swim in deep water.
Kid's activities
Get ready for a a fun-packed weekend full of entertaining activities for the kids. From Gymnastic taster sessions to Face Painting, and Glitter Tattoos to keep your little ones entertained throughout the day.

Family Activities
Get 25% off Family Leisure Waters
A trip to our Leisure Waters at Bangor Aurora is the perfect family day-out. We have awesome aqua activities for all ages - with a variety of pools, flumes, slides and waves for guests of all ages to enjoy!
For the smaller children, we have a multi play zone and a pirate ship for them to explore, along with water features which will help them become fascinated with the water. We have a spacious family changing area - so there is plenty of room to get the little ones ready to enjoy the site.
Don’t forget a £1 coin for your locker and 20ps for hairdryers.
No booking required, just turn up and enjoy!
Cafe
Our cafe will be open from 8.30am - 5pm, perfect for fueling up after fun activities! You also get a free kids meal with every dish of the day adult meal (drink not included)
Head to the back of the cafe to enjoy our free bouncy castle from 11am - 4pm too!
We'll also be hosting a Spinathon for Alzhiemers Society! Get into gear and help us raise money for a fantastic cause.
