Fitness Activities
Free Gym Sessions - Our fully air-conditioned gym has recently been upgraded with the latest cardio, resistance and free weights equipment. So, whether your goal is to lose weight, look good, or feel great, our gym floor is designed to help you get the most from your workout.
Our friendly team will be on hand for on the spot inductions and tours of our facilities.

Family Swims - Free entry to family swims taking place throughout the day.
Saturday and Sunday 12pm - 4pm.
Taster Swimming Lessons
Saturday 11am - 1pm
Sunday 10am - 12pm

Family activities
Active Zone Soft Play - Everybody loves Soft Play! It’s fun, it’s safe and it’s a great way for kids to blow off some steam and make new friends.
Saturday and Sunday 12pm - 4pm
We have one area for toddlers (0-4years) and another for children aged 5 years+.
Then why not have a breather, refuel yourself and the kids, and enjoy a cuppa in our café.
Pre-booking for Soft Play is no longer required, just turn up at any time.
Clip n' Climb - 25% off Clip n' Climb on Saturday and Sunday.
1-hour Sessions running at 10.45am - 11.45am and 12pm - 1pm.
No climbing experience is necessary.
The easiest and safest way to try climbing, and a fun for all the family.
Come and test your resolve and determination across 13 climbing modules.
Our automatic belay devices take up the slack as you climb and then lowers you gently down to the ground.
All safety equipment is provided.
Suitable for ages 5+
