Booking a VIP table of 10. By booking your own VIP table it is one of the most powerful things you can do to help yourself. You book the table and then invite people you wish to work with and a few of your loyal customers as a thank you. Your loyal customers will also help explain to the prospective customers why they should become your customer.

Arrivals from 10.30am for a 11.45pm start. This time before proceedings is so important as the time to meet new contacts and reconnect with many you may have not seen for a while. Bring a big handful of business cards and flyers to handout as well.
Here is what to expect on the day:
10.30am arrivals – Main ballroom, Boringdon Park Golf Club, Plymouth
10.30am - 11.15am - Speed networking and social networking
11.15am - guest are asked to take to seats
11.30am - Welcome from Your Partnerships CEO and hear from our guest speakers

Recommendations to get the most out of your day:
1 - Bring a stack of business cards/leaflets as we will have a table set for all to swap contact details.
2 - Set up one to ones before the event takes place so that you have set appointments following the lunch. We will issue a list of attendees very soon.
3 - Plan if possible to remain at the event until 3pm or later. The actual lunch will finish around 1.30pm, but to make the most of the day it would be best to have appointments set and/or grab people on the day you need to speak to. Also, make arrangements to meet with key people on later dates as well.
4 - Get to future events as soon as possible so you keep those connections fresh.
