DATE CONFIRMED: SUNDAY 11th MAY 2025!!Join us for the Ride from Hayling Island, (Johns Cafe, PO11 0AS) to QE2 activity centre, where you’ll be welcomed to have refreshments. See the centre and meet service users. You’ll also be able to partake in some activities such as Archery, crossbow, Air rifle and silly games all whilst raising funds towards the centre. Reminder - all donations received through refreshments and activities will need to be cash, so please bring some on the day.
This is a charity ride out to raise money for the centre to maintain existing equipment or purchase new, the centre would like to raise funds for a bushcraft roundhouse - a permanent all weather shelter for service users. Since the start of The BigFoot Runs, we have raised a grant total just shy of £4000!
For the past forty years QE2 Activity Centre has been providing activities for people with additional needs.
Their aim to make sure that everybody is able to take part in our activities so we have chosen equipment and developed methods of working to get everyone involved.
Perhaps not everyone will be able to do everything but our target is to find something that is challenging but achievable for all.
The users of the Centre can take part in activities on the water, on land outdoors and indoors, whatever level of ability.
