This series is a weekly space where you and your child learn emotional regulation through relational connection, breath, body-based practices, and intentional play.
Each week includes a short practical teaching, co-regulation tools, play-based bonding, support for emotional distress, and simple routines to bring home. You’ll also receive weekly PDF handouts and access to a private Facebook group for continued support.

Tier 1: Community Access – $15 per class
Tier 2: Sustainer – $22 per class
Tier 3: Community Supporter – $42 per class
