Back again for the second year, we are celebrating Mental Health Week with a Big Day of Little Things! headspace is getting together again with Medicare Mental Health Centre, Anglicare and the City of Launceston to bring you a day filled with exciting and creative activities. We all know that sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference! Come along and put together your very own ‘little things’ toolbox to take with you on your own mental health journey. Join us at the Launceston Library on the 8th October 10am – 2pm.
