Where: "The Tavern" at The Offices at 31 N. Federal St., Downtown Harrisonburg
Cost: $50 for one ticket, $90 for two tickets
Event Details
Flannels for the Future is an annual fundraising event where every ticket fuels one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power & promise of youth right here in our community. Enjoy a fall evening filled with delicious food, engaging activities, and live entertainment—all while making a difference in the lives of young people. The event will be set up as an open house with both cocktail tables and banquet seating, welcoming those who can join after work as well as those arriving later in the evening. Wear your favorite flannel, enjoy an evening of fun, & help us build brighter futures together!
What’s on the Menu?
Food: A delicious BBQ buffet with all the fixins provided by Hank's Grille & Catering.
Beverages: Enjoy a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Each ticket includes 1 drink ticket, with a cash bar in addition.
Activities to Enjoy
Axe-Throwing: Free axe-throwing with prizes! Test your aim and enjoy some friendly competition.
Live Music: The Ridge Ramblers will be bringing the strings & playing the tunes!
Silent Auction: Bid on local gift certificates, experiences, & more.
Big Futures Presentation: Join us at 6:30 PM for to hear how
your support empowers local youth through one-to-one mentorship.
Directions and Parking
Parking and main entrance are on the back side of The Offices building (Federal St.). Enter in the door, turn to the right, and head down the ramp to "The Tavern" room.
Ticket Information
Tickets include entry to the event, a delicious meal, and 1 drink ticket.
Individual Ticket: $50
Couples Ticket: $90
