Cycling UK ’s Big Bike Revival helps people to cycle more.
All of the events are for adults who don’t already cycle regularly and free to attend, thanks to government funding.
Events are run by organisations in your local community, like Active Cycles and Breaking Cycles CIC .
At Big Bike Revival events, people can learn to ride, learn about bike maintenance, have bikes checked and fixed and join led rides.
Dr Bike (Fix)
At our Dr Bike sessions, you can have your bike checked by a qualified mechanic who will perform minor repairs, make adjustments and give you tips about keeping your bike in good working order. We provide wearable parts like cables, brake blocks, tyres etc. where possible and help you find the parts you need to buy if we don’t have what your bike needs.
Top tip: clean bikes are easier and quicker for us to work on so cleaning your bike before bringing it to us will improve the end result.
