This event has multiple divisions with specific start and end times. Refer to each division for specific times.City Park Conservancy and LDWF will host the 76th annual Big Bass Fishing Rodeo, the oldest freshwater rodeo in the country!

Day of registration for all competitors is at Cafรฉ du Monde from 6:30am and closes at 10am
Here are the main events and times for the different events at the Big Bass Rodeo:
โช ๐๐ถ๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ผ (6:30am-11:00am) โ Main bank-fishing only event for kids and adults of all ages to catch the heaviest bass
โช ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐น๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ (6:30am-11:00am) โ Student fishing competition grades 7-12
โช ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ต๐น๐ถ๐ฑ + ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ถ๐บ (6:30am-11:00am) โ Teams of up to five compete for heaviest 15 stringer of bream, cichilds, and perch
โช ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ (7am- 10:30am) โ Bayou St. John fishing competition for kayakers and other non-motorized vessels. Check in Bayou St. John at Harrison Ave.
โช ๐๐ถ๐๐ต๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น (9am-1pm) โ FREE festival featuring DJ, 610 Stompers, food, wildlife exhibits, crafts, games, and activities.
