After attending Berklee College of Music, Ian went back home to Southern California where he spent almost a decade performing music all across the state ranging from restaurants and cafés in "The Valley" to wineries up in Paso Robles, breweries in LA and Ventura counties, and even at the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip.
During COVID he moved to Grand Rapids, MI where he currently resides with his family. Following his other passion, he became a licensed realtor and rolled the two ventures into one. Now known as "The Music Realtor" Ian helps people buy and sell houses by day and plays music by night.
