The Volusia County Be Floridian Now Program invites you to join DeBary Hall Historic Site staff for a bicycle ride from Lake Beresford Park to Blue Spring State Park.
Join Environmental Specialist Holly Giles, Water Quality Specialist Kelly Young and DeBary Hall historians Tracy Mestre and Lisa Perez for a 8-mile bike ride from Lake Beresford to Blue Springs. The tour begins with the history of Lake Beresford, the native plants of the area, and the tour ends outside Blue Springs Park with a talk about how the springs are affected by water quality. Everyone is welcome to ride inside Blue Springs State Park and walk the boardwalk.

The ride will include several stops along the way. Participants must bring a bicycle and helmet. Sunscreen and water are recommended. Children over 12 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
The ride will end at Blue Spring State Park. A CASH FEE for bicycles is $2 at the Iron Ranger to enter Blue Spring State Park.
Reservations are required. Limited spots are available.

ACTIVITY: Leisure bicycle ride on paved multi-use trail - approx. 8 miles round trip.
RESERVATIONS: Required. Unless you have a confirmation email, you are not registered.
TICKETS: No printed tickets necessary
AGES: Ages 12 and up welcome. An adult must accompany minors.
ATTIRE: Wear appropriate clothing for the weather and closed-toed shoes.
WHAT TO BRING: Helmet, water to drink, sunscreen, and snacks as needed. $2 cash for Blue Spring Entrance.
