About this Event
The Bay High School Athletic Department is looking for BHS Student Interns! This would be a great experience and fit for those interested in sports management, sports marketing, or sports journalism and will count towards the new Honors Diploma field experience requirement and the Experienceship graduation cord.
Website Intern: This intern would help with entering schedules onto the website, updating various webpages, and potentially assist coaches with writing up post-game articles for a new site called UReport.
Sports Interns: Seeking sports reporters! This is an opportunity to follow one sport per season in order to enter stats in relevant websites and write updates and articles using UReport. Students would be expected to attend home games of that sport and work with coaching staff and Mr. Spellman on updates and articles.
These opportunities would be a great experience and fit for those interested in sports management, sports marketing, or sports journalism. This experience will count towards the new Honors Diploma field experience requirement, the OhioMeansJobs Diploma Seal, the Community Service Diploma Seal, and the Experienceship graduation cord. This is not for course credit.
