You will learn foundational principles to build a solid two-arm handstand. Understand an in-depth articulation of the biomechanics involved. So it’s not simply giving you drills till they come out of your ears and hoping for the best, but to rather adopt an intuitive mindset to recognise where one is at and humbly addressing that as to make advancement in skill of hand-balancing. In this regards you’ll learn physical preparations, basic conditioning, bailing….. basically we will dissect it down, working on different components and in time, put all together. You’ll be guided with a step by step approach to where you are at and given the necessary work to progress on your journey to a two arm straight handstand.This includes fundamentals of shoulder development of mobility and flexibility required for the handstand and pike flexibility and loads more if you so choose.
