Join us for a community Kirtan and a Vegetarian Potluck Brunch at Be Brave Yoga!This is a donation based event. When registering, you can choose the "book for free now and pay later" option if you do not wish to make a donation, or if you'd like to make a cash or Venmo donation at the studio.
We'll begin our practice with Kirtan, a musical mantra experience.
In this call and response or sing-a-long practice, we'll sing simple Sanskrit mantras using our voices and our hearts to bring us closer to the divine. Everyone is welcome to bring an instrument and play along. There is absolutely no experience necessary to participate.
Following Kirtan, we'll all share a meal together. Please bring a vegetarian dish to share if you can.
