๐Ÿ™Œ Bhagavad Gita Foundation Series with Renowned International Yoga Wisdom Teacher Acharya das
Part 2: Reincarnation - Understanding the process by which we got this body and the connection with the desirable or undesirable circumstances we are currently in. Acharya das will discuss the idea of "free will" and the power we have to shape our future.
๐Ÿ•‰ The Bhagavad Gita is one of the most important and enlightening pieces of spiritual literature on the planet. It offers profound philosophical and spiritual insights that bring clarity and foster resilience. It addresses universal human concerns such as the meaning of life, the pursuit of inner peace, self-realisation and God realisation. The wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita equips one to find true and lasting happiness and puts an individual on the path to the highest spiritual realisation and experience.
๐ŸŽถ An evening of Kirtan Meditation and Yoga Wisdom. Relax and experience refuge for the heart in transcendental sound, followed by a vegan meal ๐Ÿฅ˜
Kirtan or Mantra meditation is the easiest and most effective spiritual practice for this age, which uncovers our true identity. Not only is it fun, but as a result we feel much happier, more focused, and a deep sense of inner peace โ˜ฎ๏ธ๐Ÿ™
Unlike most forms of meditation, you do not need any previous experience to feel the benefits. This practice is non-sectarian and is for everyone, regardless of race, nationality, religion, age, gender or any other external designations ๐Ÿค—
๐Ÿ“ We have a cosy little venue located at the YWCA, 6PM every Tuesday in the women's room (this is just the name of the room, the event is open to everyone!) The address is 28 Pembroke Street, Hamilton Lake, Hamilton 3204 and the car park ๐Ÿš™ is located on the corner of Pembroke street and Clarence street. The room is half way down the alleyway. You should see the Waikato Meditation sign outside. If you get lost, here is a Google Maps link to the carpark https://maps.app.goo.gl/VStJwxqCCNNS3cHm7
