Happy New Year, Gamers!
Our next Second Saturday of will be on January 10.
As usual, we will be at Walt's Other Pub. The seating policy remains unchanged and is posted below. We look forward to seeing you there.
Second Saturday seating policy for Walt's Other Pub:
1. Available seating is dependent on where Walt's can fit us. There will usually be room for at least 24-28 people (maybe more depending on where we’re seated). The sooner we can get a head count, the better.
2. Seats will be prioritized for those that respond "Going" to the event, those not on Facebook that have confirmed they will attend, and guests that we have been made aware of. This will be based on order of response.
3. If you are coming and plan to bring guests, contact us to tell us how many will be joining you, along with their names. Only include guests that you have confirmed will attend.
4. Please respond no later than 2:00 pm on day before the event. If the guest list is greater than 24, seating will be prioritized for those that responded as "Going."
5. If you say you will attend but cannot, please let us know by 2:00 pm of the day before the event (or as soon as possible. We understand emergencies happen). If you do not, you may not be guaranteed a seat at future events.
6. If you are on the guest list, please arrive by 12:00. or contact us if you’re running late so we can hold your seat.
Again, we're working with the limited seating we have at Walt's. Your cooperation is appreciated. Also, our reservation is 11:30am - 5:00pm. Please be considerate to our host and have all games finished by 5:00, as they are getting into their evening rush and need the tables for other customers. Thank you. We hope to see you on there!
