Because sometimes the hardest part of making friends is… actually putting the plan on the calendar.

BG Bites is our new monthly series where we snag a reservation for 6 at a new restaurant and keep it simple: show up, eat something delicious, and leave with a few new friends.

January’s pick: Mon Ami Gabi (Bethesda) — French bistro energy, cozy, classic, and perfect for our first one.

Your $20 ticket is an attendance deposit to confirm your spot. Brunch will be individual checks paid directly to the restaurant. A shared appetizer(s) for the table will be provided to attendees.

The vibe

• Small table (6 total) = easy convos, no awkward mingling marathon
• Everyone pays for their own food/drinks and BG host will coordinate a table appetizer
• If you grab a spot and can’t make it, please cancel ASAP so another girly can join

If it sells out, don’t panic — people’s schedules change and spots usually pop back up. Cancellations within 48 hrs or no shows will forfeit their desposit.
