BFT x Yoga with Julia
Sundays at Body Fit Training are considered recovery days. Recovery is a critical piece of strength training. Recovery gives the muscles a chance to rebuild, stronger, prevents injury, and is a good mental break from the hard work of the week.
On Sundays we will be offering recovery focused Yoga classes in the studio at 9:30am. Seasoned yoga expert Julia Solomon will be leading vinyasa Yoga classes focused on mobility and recovery.
