Wiech’s Barossa Valley Egg Noodles have been a local favourite since 1935. They continue to use the same recipe, traditional methods and all natural ingredients to handcraft their egg noodles.
On the 4th May at the Barossa Farmers Market, Wiech’s will be releasing their new packaging with a cooking demonstration by Rockford Chef, Tim Bourke. He will be cooking up a heart-warming classic – Chicken Noodle Soup with Wiech’s Fine Egg Noodles.
Head to the market to see the cooking demonstration at 9am, where you’ll hear from both Tim and the Manager of Wiech’s – Ellie Neindorf Agnew. Ellie will talk through Wiech’s history, making methods, their range of egg noodles, and new packaging. But of course, you will get to try some of the delicious winter soup at the end of the cooking demonstration.
