B.Fit! Spring Chair-Fitness with ReVamp Training

Jeremy Colon of Dorchester's ReVamp Training Studio will lead members of The Boston Home's B.Fit! wellness program in a fun and accessible six-week chair-based fitness program with a focus on movement, flexibility and strength for adults with multiple sclerosis and other progressive neurological disorders.
The program take places at The Boston Home on Friday mornings at 11 am, and is free to attend.
