Our friends and neighbours at the Barrhaven Food Cupboard community garden had their fresh produce stolen twice this summer... Volunteers of the community garden say it’s disheartening that the food they’ve grown all summer has been stolen. The garden grows fresh fruits and vegetables for the Barrhaven Food Cupboard, which serves hundreds of families every month. It is fully run by volunteers. They estimated that over $300 worth of food had been taken and were heart broken!! To make up the financial difference - Emily is hosting a Warm Yin Fundraising Class ~ 'Work Week Wind Down' this Friday, September 5th from 6-7pm 🙏
