BeyondSight Latihan is a somatic journey where music, energy, and inner listening guide you inward—beyond the noise, beyond the external gaze, and back to your most authentic self. Blindfolded, you attune more deeply to your sensations and intuition, allowing your body to move in its own natural rhythm. It’s a space to let go of control, step out of performance, and simply be.

Through intuitive movement and subtle connection with others in the room, you allow the body—not the mind—to lead. Latihan is about being moved rather than moving, listening moment by moment with your whole being, and discovering what emerges when you surrender to presence.

Originating from the traditional Indonesian practice of Latihan Kejiwaan (“spiritual exercise”), BeyondSight reimagines this powerful movement journey by weaving in elements of somatic awareness, evocative soundscapes, and conscious connection.

Unlike ecstatic dance or other practices, the use of a blindfold gently removes distraction, comparison, and performance—allowing you to move, feel, and connect beyond the thinking mind, from a place of truth and presence.

Elodie Perrat is a somatic and transformational coach, and the founder of ReLOVution—a practice dedicated to guiding people from disconnection to deep connection with themselves, others, and the world.
