There are many tools available to us. It is important to utilise them as “tools” and not as the answer, or an indication of who you are, or what you are limited to! When used as tools for expansion and growth they open doors to our inner world and beyond!
You are not required to share your stories, wounds, experiences or discoveries! It is not a “counselling” course! It is a safe space for you to explore, reflect, contemplate and integrate what arises from within you.
