This two-part beginner experience is designed for couples of all backgrounds and orientations. Whether you’re looking to refresh your relationship, spark curiosity, or simply enjoy a meaningful shared experience, this evening offers a safe, welcoming space to explore together—without pressure or expectation. Every couple will recive a take home goodie bag to inspire you to put into practice what you learned at the worskshop.

Part One: Mindset & Communication
Led by Dr. Mindy DeSeta, Doctor of Clinical Sexology, this opening session focuses on understanding desire, improving communication around intimacy, and exploring how emotional connection and curiosity play a key role in closeness. Participants will gain practical insights they can apply immediately in their relationships.

Part Two: Practical Connection Skills
The evening then transitions into a guided, hands-on learning experience with Neena De Ville, founder of NYLON HOUSE. This segment introduces simple, approachable tools and techniques that couples can use to create new sensory experiences, build trust, and explore connection in a playful, intentional way. No prior experience required.

Dr. Mindy DeSeta
Dr. Mindy is a Doctorate-level Clinical Sexologist, Board-Certified Sex Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Board-Certified Hypnotherapist. She is the founder of Insight Counseling Center Miami, a concierge private practice dedicated to helping individuals and couples build healthy, fulfilling relationships. A nationally recognized speaker, Dr. Mindy has been featured in Cosmopolitan, mindbodygreen, Insider, The Daily Mail, Psychology Today, and on CBS.

Neena De Ville
Neena De Ville is the founder of NYLON HOUSE, a luxury private studio centered on intentional connection and embodied exploration. With nearly a decade of professional experience, she specializes in consent-forward dynamics, foundational restraint techniques, and designing elevated experiences for individuals and couples seeking to explore their deepest, most secretive (and sometimes shameful) desires. She has been a guest speaker at Wilderness Festival and a featured guest on The Dumb Blonde podcast.
