The Ballarat Centre of Music and the Arts present “Beyond the Wardrobe” bringing to life the timeless story of the Pevensie siblings—Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy—who are evacuated to the countryside during wartime. Stumbling upon a mystical wardrobe, they enter the enchanted land of Narnia: a place where it is always winter, but never Christmas.
Guided by the noble lion Aslan, the siblings must confront the evil White Witch, whose icy grip has cast a spell over Narnia. They encounter a host of fantastical creatures, from the gentle faun Mr. Tumnus to the brave Mr. and Mrs. Beaver, and an array of mystical Narnia creature including a very jovial old fellow. As they navigate this strange new world, they uncover the true meaning of bravery, sacrifice, and unity.
