The location of Barunah Plains encompasses both sides of the Warrambine Creek, which acts as the border for the Wadawurrung Peoples of the Kulin Nation and The Eastern Maar peoples of Southwest Victoria. We recognise the deep spiritual connection both nations have with the landscape and pay our deepest respects to their Elders past and present, extending our gratitude for their care of this land. As we gather in musical celebration we ask you to join us in our commitment to walking with care on this sacred land, working alongside Traditional Custodians to honour and protect the ancient songlines which have been stored in the landscape for over 60,000 years.

Beyond The Valley is excited to throw its support behind Igniting Change, an intentionally tiny charity where creativity, heart and lived experience come together to spark big, positive change for people doing it tough in our communities.
