Matt Bushby, Chief Marketing Officer at Rightmove, sitting on the exec team of the FTSE 100 business and responsible for the entire marketing portfolio across trade, customer and corporate. He has spent his career in leadership roles across several digital businesses from social networking to online dating. Most recently at Just Eat he ran marketing for UK&I and was part of the leadership team that built its position as market leader.Matt is a trustee at Foodcycle, a charity with the aim of eradicating food poverty through a focus on community dining. He lives with his wife Caroline and daughter Evie who he is trying to convert into a Tottenham supporter

Lisa Delaney heads up Marketing and Lifestyle for Europe at Cathay Pacific. She is responsible for all aspects of marketing spanning the travel, cargo and lifestyle business units. Her dual role includes building the Cathay loyalty business across Europe.


Prior to Cathay Pacific, Lisa was at Qatar Airways leading marketing and digital sales in roles covering the Americas and 31 countries across Europe. She began her career agency-side at J Walter Thompson for the Middle East markets working on De Beers, Motorola, Braun and Ford, and joined several smaller integrated agencies before moving client-side.


An avid supporter of women in business, Lisa initiated the European Women’s Mentorship programme at Cathay Pacific.


Lisa has an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School and is an Honorary Visiting Fellow. She is also a Marketing Academy Fellow alumna and is on the board of Cancer Support UK.
