This event will be filled with food, fun, and powerful entertainment—including singers, praise dancers, dramatic skits, and short films that will touch your heart and open your understanding.
Throughout the day, we will feature dynamic speakers, licensed therapists, social workers, case workers, police officers, domestic violence advocates, rape crisis professionals, survivors, and victims—all coming together to guide you on your journey to recovery. Every resource you may need will be in the room.
Your host, Sonja Morton, a survivor and advocate, will share her powerful testimony of overcoming abuse. You will hear stories from people you’ve seen on the news and stories from people who could be your neighbors—reminding us all that domestic violence can affect anyone.
