Led by Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner Anna Hristova and Leadership Futurist Courtenay “Coco” Rogers, this experience weaves together evidence-based insight and deep self-awareness to explore the full landscape of perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal transition. This is a space for truth-telling, where what is happening inside your body finally makes sense and where the emotional, relational, and identity shifts of this season can be met with compassion instead of confusion.
