Beyond the Masks is a co-ed day-long retreat designed to help you shed the layers you’ve been carrying and return to the truth of who you are. Through ceremony, breath, ritual, movement, and connection, you’ll be guided to release the weight of what no longer serves you and embody the freedom of your authentic self.

This sacred gathering is an invitation to:

• Release conditioning, “shoulds,” and outdated roles

• Drop into presence with your own heart and body

• Connect with others in raw honesty and safe community

• Awaken joy, vitality, and authentic expression

• Remember the radiance that shines when you’re fully yourself

You’ll be held in a day of deep presence, sacred ceremony, guided practices, movement, and sound healing - all designed to help you peel away the masks and embody your liberated self.

This retreat will be guided by Keli Meagher and Tiffany Jade at a private residence in Bennett Valley, Santa Rosa. The address will be provided at the bottom of the confirmation email (please scroll all the way to the bottom of the email to the Custom Notes section).

Please bring a yoga mat or sleeping bag for breathwork, a journal and pen, and anything to support your comfort. Yoga mats will be available to borrow if you don't have one.

Info: Cacao is a heart opening ceremonial drink made from chocolate before it's been overly processed and degraded. Cacao is also known by the Aztecs and Mayans as the "Food of the Gods." ​**Cacao is best experienced on a near empty stomach.

Info: Guided breathwork, accompanied by an intentionally crafted playlist and intuitive energy work. As you tap into the power of your breath, you'll open channels within to release emotional and energetic blockages, awaken your intuition, and access higher states of consciousness.
