Beyond the Label Festival 2025 (BTL Fest 2025) shines the spotlight on where many of us spend most of our time - the workplace. This year's theme "Breaking Stigma Championing Workplace Mental Health" reminds us how honest conversations supportive colleagues and non-judgmental listening can make all the difference in creating workplaces where everyone feels safe to seek help.
The good news? More employers are stepping up. But building a true culture of care is something we all have a part to play in.
