About this Event
Beyond The Edge Film Screening:
A film featuring three mountain professionals, Madeleine Martin-Preney, a nelson born ski and rock guide, Will Gadd a Paddler, Ice Climber and Redbull athlete and Jerry Isaak a Ski guide and professor. Their stories highlight the complexities of experiencing injury and trauma in the mounatins and on the river. Through their vunrability we explore how to move through feelings of shame and fear, returning to the sports and places we love while fostering a community of support and resiliency.
Also through this film, discover Mountain Muskox, an organisation which offers circles of support for people who have been impacted by loss or trauma in the mountains.
All proceeds of this event go to Mountain Muskox, encouraging and growing community support.
