History
For seven-years, Black Sheep has been shining a light on Men’s Mental Health. It started with the inaugural Man Ride event in 2016, where 8 guys rode 1,000km from Longreach to Airlie Beach to simply create a conversation about men’s suicide. Since then, it has expanded into a year-round initiative, aimed at raising money and creating action to improve mental health.
Let's make a difference by spreading awareness and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health in men. Whether you're a passionate rider or simply looking to support a great cause, this event is for you!
Man Ride 2023 - Event Story
This year, Man Ride is a 200km challenge that will demand as much self-exploration as it will physical exertion. Undeniably tough yet unforgettably sweet. From Brisbane to London, Seoul to Kuala Lumpur, MR23 isn't just a ride, it's a worldwide movement. We're pushing boundaries, testing limits, and creating space for those crucial conversations on mental health.
