Hawke Prohibition Distillery, an indigenous- and female-owned business based in Sherwood Park, prides themselves on crafting premium spirits using only the highest quality ingredients and their one-of-a-kind continuous distillation process to create a full range of premium alcohol spirits.
In Beyond The Barrel: Rum Edition, Matt Lyon, one of L’OCA’s mixologist, will introduce you to three of Hawke Prohibition Distillery’s lineup of spiced, dark, maple rum.
While enjoying all three rum varieties, each complemented by a tasting plate featuring carefully chosen meats and cheeses, you’ll learn in detail how Hawke Prohibition Distillery uses no additives, essences, preservatives or artificial colours to produce the finest quality, smoothest, award-winning spirits.
