Join Kimberley MacKenzie and AFP London & Region for a professional development session focusing on leadership and avoiding burn out.
About this Event

In the complex, fast‑paced world, it’s easy for teams to get caught up in daily demands, losing sight of what truly matters. Drawing on the FLOW Framework by Kimberley MacKenzie, this session offers a practical, values‑driven roadmap to shift your team from surviving to thriving. Participants will explore how to focus with purpose, lead with integrity, own culture intentionally, and embed well‑being into everyday practices. Together, we’ll unpack how these four dimensions support more inclusive, respectful, high‑performing environments, and leave you with actionable strategies protect you and your team from burn out so that you can deliver more without compromise.

Learning Objectives:

1. Clarify Purpose & Prioritize Values

Identify and articulate the core values and mission priorities of their team, and use these to guide decisions and set boundaries that eliminate distractions and align effort with impact.

2. Cultivate Trust & Integrity in Leadership

Understand the role of consistency, psychological safety, and fairness in building trust; and practice concrete behaviors that align actions with stated values, creating stronger relational foundations in their teams.

3. Embed Well‑Being & Inclusive Culture for Sustainable Performance

Develop strategies to build inclusive environments with belonging and feedback loops; protect energy, time, and focus; and integrate wellness into performance expectations—not as an afterthought, but as central to how the organization operates.
