Identify and articulate the core values and mission priorities of their team, and use these to guide decisions and set boundaries that eliminate distractions and align effort with impact.

Understand the role of consistency, psychological safety, and fairness in building trust; and practice concrete behaviors that align actions with stated values, creating stronger relational foundations in their teams.

A charity executive for 25 years, Kimberley built a six-figure consultancy and held her CFRE for 17 years until she was certified by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach and by the Co-Active Training Institute as a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach.
