Who are you, and what do you do?
Tory is a Registered Dietitian & Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor based in Victor, Idaho. She specializes in sports nutrition, disordered eating, binge eating, and intuitive eating and takes an anti-diet approach to nutrition. She believes that all people deserve to find joy and happiness from food and movement. When working with patients, Tory utilizes a holistic counseling style that focuses on sustainable behavior changes to enhance mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Tory empowers patients to build trust and connection with their bodies, make balanced, nourishing meals, cope with emotional eating, and navigate tough situations around food, like traveling and eating out.

In our upcoming discussion, we’ll explore the critical role of properly fueling around your workouts to optimize performance, recovery, and overall well-being. Adequate fueling is key not only to feeling your best but also to making consistent progress in both strength and endurance activities.
