During the class, you’ll taste and explore bourbons from five standout producers beyond the Bluegrass State:
- High West (Utah) – High-altitude bourbon with a bold, frontier spirit

- Wyoming Whiskey (Wyoming) – True grain-to-glass craftsmanship
- WhistlePig (Vermont) – Precision-driven whiskey with a cult following
- J. Rieger (Kansas City) – A revival of historic Midwestern bourbon making
Along the way, we’ll discuss how geography, climate, and distilling philosophy influence flavor and style—giving you a deeper appreciation for how bourbon has evolved into a truly American spirit.
