As part of his 60 city tour Prachar Stegeman is running these free meditation classes which are offered by the Sri Chinmoy Centre. Some of the topics that will be covered include mantra, concentration, breathing techniques, diet, healthy lifestyle choices, music for meditation, how to sit correctly in meditation, the best places and times to meditate. All the ABC’s are covered. So you will learn the basics of meditation to help incorporate into your daily life. The meditation classes are a series, one follows on to the next so try and commit to both the Monday and Tuesday night class for maximum benefit.
