She is passionate about helping you release trauma, inner turmoil, and anxiety to restore your inner peace, clarity, and joy.
As a master practitioner and an experienced Yoga teacher and therapist, Sara’s impressive qualifications include certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga, Vedic Counseling, quantum EFT Emotional Freedom Technique, Advanced Yoga Nidra, Reiki Master Training, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, past life regression and future life hypnosis technique, notably, she trained directly under the guidance of Delores Cannon, the founder of QHHT, and has been a licensed hypnotist for over a decade.
