You'll spend the evening mastering the art of the martini under the tuition of master distiller Greg Garnish. Greg will take you through the process of making martini's using the Beyond Distilling Spirits range and some crazy WA flavours.
Greg has paired with Josh Kennedy and Chris Masten to develop gins that define country and origin. Greg has 20 years of winemaking and distilling experience and has worked alongside Josh and Chris to develop a range of gins which all speak of time and place.
So come and pick Greg's brain and enjoy some delicious martini's at the relaxed Ethos Dining Room.
