This workshop combines the practical application of working with the 10 bodies kriya and ancient yogic wisdom to spark self-mastery and energetic autonomy. The focus of this workshop is to facilitate lasting change by applying advanced tools and practices to stay empowered no matter what situation you face now or in the future.
Through an in-depth and experiential exploration of each of the 10 bodies, you’ll gain an entirely new framework of how these 10 bodies impact you physically (10%), mentally (30%) and energetically (60%). Once you understand and learn how to work with the 10 bodies, you’ll take better care of yourself, feel more alive and inspired and have an increased capacity for honoring and sharing your gifts. By forging a deeper relationship with the 10 bodies, you can ascend to the 11th body - the Command Body. This 11th body is where you access and engage total command over the physical, mental and energetic aspects of yourself. During these two days, you’ll discover new, applicable and powerful tools that will be readily available and initiate self-mastery and energetic autonomy.
Exploring and engaging the 10 bodies through ancient yogic wisdom, experiential tools and exercises during this 2 day online workshop, you’ll:
