Let the rich, layered tones of gongs and the pure, harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash over you, creating space for deep rest, release, and renewal. These ancient instruments are known for their ability to support the body in letting go of tension, ease the mind into a meditative state, and uplift the spirit into a place of calm and clarity.
As you lie back and receive, the sound waves gently guide you beyond everyday awareness — into a state where true transformation and connection can unfold.
No experience necessary. Just bring yourself, something cosy to lie on, and an open heart.
Doors open at 6.45pm and close when our session starts at 7.00pm
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort or anything you feel you made need to be comfortable.
