All you need to do is lie back, breathe, and allow the gongs to guide you.
Please bring:
- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- A blanket and pillow for warmth and comfort
- Water and an open heart
Arrival: Doors open at 6.45pm and close when our session starts at 7.00pm so please be prompt.
