All you need to do is lie back, breathe, and allow the gongs to guide you.
✨ Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow (or anything for comfort lying down for an hour). Chairs available if preferred.
✨ Arrival: Doors open at 6.50pm and close when our session starts at 7.00pm so please be prompt.
