Join me for a deeply restorative New Year Gong Bath, an immersive sound meditation designed to bring harmony to body, mind, and spirit.
Bathed in the rich vibrations of the gongs and crystal singing bowls, your whole being is invited to rest, reset, and renew. The resonant frequencies of the gongs gently calm the nervous system, ease tension, and still the busy mind. As the sound waves move through you, they encourage energetic flow, balance the chakras, and clear away the residue of the past year — creating space for fresh intention and transformation.
This is a beautiful way to begin 2026: in stillness, reflection, and openness to the possibilities ahead.
Simply lie back, close your eyes, and let the sounds guide you into deep relaxation. No experience is needed — just come as you are, and allow the vibrations to do their work.
Please bring:
- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- A blanket and pillow for warmth and comfort
- Water and an open heart
Arrival: Doors open at 6.45pm and close when our session starts at 7.00pm so please be prompt.
