Wij van Bildung willen graag onze talenten met jullie delen. zie andere evenementen voor de andere donderdagen!
Daarom hebben we iedere donderdag een programma van bewust bewegen. Iedere laatste (4de) Donderdag van de maand zal Jethro jullie meenemen in de Conscious Dance.
Conscious Dance is een begeleide dansmeditatie die je meeneemt op een reis door je eigen lijf en je op nieuwe manieren laat bewegen. Hiervoor is geen enkele ervaring nodig, je hebt alleen je lijf nodig en je bewuste aandacht!
Houdt facebook in de gaten voor eventuele verandering ivm corona!
Toegang op donatie. Er is genoeg ruimte om afstand te houden!

Every thursday we have an event called conscious movement. where we offer Yoga/dance/mindfulness. Every last thursday of the month (the 4th thursday)
Jethro will take you on a journey through conscious dance.
Conscious Dance is a dance meditation that takes you on a journey through your body and let's you move in new ways. No experiences is needed for this, all you need is your body and your conscious attention!
Keep your eyes on the facebook event in case we change something because of Corona.
Donation based. From the age of 6+. Would be awesome to let us know if you attend! But you are most welcome last minute as well.
