Hello and thank you for visiting my event page! I signed up to take on the 2025 London Marathon when the ballot was first released, I enter every year but again I did not make the cut so I thought this year I would try for a charity place with The Royal British Legion (i'm ex Army) Again I did not make the cut but was asked this time if I would like to go on the reserve list which I did and a month ago I found out I had a place !!! Overjoyed but I know the hard work starts now and I know we can do our best to raise funds for the Royal British Legion. Right now they are helping those who are isolated from family, facing homelessness, struggling to feed their children and are in financial crisis. They are working tirelessly to ensure that those who have served are being looked after no matter what challenges they, and the country faces. Your participation in my event will help them to continue to provide the life-changing support that our Armed Forces community needs and deserves. Thank You.
